1. How to Place an Order?
There are two ways to place an order on Jewelrydan.
A. Add to Cart and Check Out Online
Simply add any product you are interested in to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment to finalize the order.
B. Order via Email
You can send the details of the products you wish to order, including item numbers, quantities, shipping address, etc., to our email address. Alternatively, you can fill out the order form and email it to us at jewelrydan9@gmail.com. After receiving your email, we will reply with the total cost for your transaction.
Our recommendation: You can place an order using either of the above methods. However, we believe the best way to order is by logging into the Jewelrydan website and placing your order online. It is more convenient and faster. Additionally, by ordering through the Jewelrydan website, you can log into your account to track your order status in real time.
2. How Long Does It Usually Take to Process an Order?
After receiving your order and payment, if the items are in stock, we typically take 3-5 business days to arrange shipment. If some items are out of stock, production usually takes 15-30 days. In case of out-of-stock items, our customer service team will promptly notify you.
3. Is There a Minimum Order Quantity?
Yes, the minimum order amount is US $100.
4. Can I Modify Any Information on My Order?
Yes. If you wish to modify your order details, we can assist with canceling the order, adding items, changing the shipping method, etc. Simply submit the updated order information or email us at jewelrydan9@gmail.com at any time to make changes.
5. How Can I Check My Order Status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and navigating to "Order History" for real-time updates. Our customer service representatives will also keep you informed via email regarding your order status.
6. What Happens If an Item Is Temporarily Out of Stock After I Place My Order?
For temporarily out-of-stock items, we will offer similar products for replacement. If you do not like the alternatives we provide, you have the following options:
A. You can choose a replacement product yourself and email us your selection.
B. When the item is restocked, we can arrange to ship it with your next order.
C. When the item is restocked, we can ship it to you immediately.
D. You can cancel the order, and we will issue a refund in the form of a voucher of equal value, which can be used for your next order.
E. We can issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.
7. What Are the Total Costs I Need to Pay for My Order?
Customers are required to pay the product cost and shipping fees from China to their country.
8. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
This largely depends on the size of your order and the shipping method you choose. If the items are in stock, we typically take 3-5 business days to arrange shipment. If some items are out of stock, production usually takes 15-30 days. The total delivery time is the sum of the preparation time and shipping time.
